Managing students

Directors and admins can manage the list of students.

Go to the Students screen

Update a student member

Tap on a student member to:

  • Deactivate/activate their account — Activated profiles are available for use by the EMCE account holder and will appear in various lists / menus.

  • Lock their account — When locked, the account holder will be notified of the lock on their screen, and will only be able to switch between profiles or sign out. However, locked profiles will still be available for view or selection by other users.

  • Send them a password reset link

  • Send them a sign in with email link
