Managing Schedule Viewers

Directors and admins can manage the list of people that can only view scheduled events in EMCE.

Go to the Schedule Viewers screen

The list of schedule viewers appears.

Schedule viewer profiles are not tied to a single organization. This list shows all schedule viewers authorized for your organization.

Authorizing a schedule viewer

Tap Authorize at the bottom of the screen to invite a new schedule viewer, or search the system for an existing person to authorize for your organization.
