Managing cohorts

A cohort represents a group of students that are completing a program together, as well as the the evaluation requirements that they must satisfy to complete the program.

Go to the Cohorts screen

  1. Go to the Wrench with a gear Settings page. If you're using a mobile device, you may need to access this page by first tapping (menu).

  2. Tap Building with columns Organization.

  3. Tap Three people in a square Cohorts.

The Cohorts screen appears.

Add a cohort

Tap Circle with a plus inside at the bottom of the screen. See Add your first cohort for details.

Edit a cohort

  1. Tap the name of the cohort.

  2. Make your changes. For details see Add your first cohort.

  3. When you're finished, tap Arrow pointing left.

Retally Evaluations for a cohort

If any cohort requirement specifications have changed, and students have already entered data, existing evaluations will need to be re-matched with those requirements.

  1. Tap the name of the cohort.

  2. Tap Five slashes for counting in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Five slashes for counting Retally to confirm.
